Self-Love December.

This last month (Starting the last Monday of November), we have been on a journey together, through the highs and lows of self-love.  Now, as we head into 2022, here is the list of tools that you can hang onto, or pick from, when those -not so fresh- days appear and make you feel like you just can’t.

  1. Find the positivity in everything. Take your power back!
  2. Facing your feelings/Shadow work.
  3. Give it time. Time heal everything.
  4. Ignore them.  Don’t listen to others who bring you down.
  5. Write out things you forgive about yourself.  How can you fix it? Positive answers only.
  6. What are your biggest fears.
  7. List five physical features you love about yourself. Be honest, this is for you!
  8. Where am I putting too much energy?

  10. Write a positive advice letter to your future self.
  11. Stay Calm. You got this, just give it time.
  12. Do I use a lot of negative self-talk? Be honest with yourself.
  13. What is standing in the way of my happiness? What positive ways can I fix that?
  14. Don’t compare yourself to others, be grateful for you.
  15. Let go of what you can’t control.
  16. Figure out your limiting beliefs and eliminate them.
  17. Do things that make YOU happy.

  19. Let it go! Never ruin a good day by thinking about a bad yesterday.
  20. Google self-love ideas, books, podcasts.
  21. What bad habits and mindsets do you need to quit?
  22. Take more risks!
  23. Take a deep breath and stay calm.
  24. It’s on you! Only you are in charge of your happiness!
  25. Write yourself a thank you note! A love letter! Something positive. My letter, as an example.
